Account sales representative

We require:

Proven experience in freight brokerage and logistics
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
Proficient in English (oral and written)

Key responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Identify customer needs and provide tailored freight solutions
Negotiate rates with carriers and ensure optimal margins
Monitor and manage shipment progress to ensure on-time delivery
Collaborate with the operations team to meet customer expectations
Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and sales activities
Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals
